At Secure Space Kit, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to support you with a fair and transparent returns process.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Faulty or damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Change of Mind Returns

You are welcome to return your product if you simply change your mind.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved

We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

 

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and a photo/video of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you

Where appropriate, we may lodge claims with the courier or supplier to support service improvement.

 

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Refunds cannot be issued to alternative accounts for security reasons.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if opened or used.
This may include:

  • Personal alarms

  • Items designed for personal contact such as the First Aid Kit, etc.

  • Any consumable or sealed item that has been opened

If unsure, please contact us before sending a return.

 

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend tracked shipping for all returns.

  • Secure Space Kit is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

 

7. Exchanges

We currently offer replacements for faulty or damaged items.
For change-of-mind exchanges, please contact us to confirm item availability.

 

8. Sale Items

Sale/discounted items can be returned under the same conditions as full-priced products, except where stated otherwise in promotional terms.

 

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard returns process.
