  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.

We partner with trusted carriers to optimise delivery performance. Standard options include:

International Shipping

International delivery is available to selected regions and include a flat-rate globally applied at checkout dependent upon weight of kit purchased.
Shipping timeframes vary by destination and customs clearance processes.
Duties or import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location (Free Shipping Australia-Wide)

  • Your selected shipping speed

  • The weight/size of your Secure Space Kit

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can monitor delivery progress in real time.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receiving the item.

  • We will partner with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will revise the address.
Once dispatched, rerouting may not be possible, and additional fees may apply.

 

Returns Due to Non-Collection

Packages returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect addresses can be resent at the buyer’s cost.
